As the sole photographer I established a functioning studio space, style guide, and SOP, contributing to the increased volume and quality of images used on product pages, helping the company's overall sales, marketing, and operations performances. I grew the photography department from one to seven, comprised of three in-house photographers, one in-house retoucher, and three off-site retouchers. In addition to supervisory and photographic duties, I helped to continuously improve efficiency, design, and photographic processes while maintaining brand integrity for our vendors as well as ourselves. After the company was purchased, I was kept on for over a year to help transition all assets and studio equipment. Additional marketing projects included seasonal catalogs, homepage imagery, social media and blog posts, email marketing, and company events.
